	<h3> Selecionar as datas para exibio </h3>

	A agenda  exibida com base em uma data de incio e uma data de trmino (exceto para a visualizao de calendrio, que exibe apenas um dia).

	<br> Voc escolhe o perodo de tempo para exibio na agenda clicando nas datas na parte superior  esquerda.

	<br> O mdulo permite ento que voc escolha a data de incio, a data de trmino ou a seleo da data por atalhos (hoje, ltima semana, etc.). Apenas clique no boto de validao para alterar instantaneamente alterar o perodo de tempo exibido.

	<br> Voc tambm pode usar os botes  direita para a escolha das datas (botes com setas para frente e para trs). Estes botes permitem que voc mude a agenda numa direo ou na outra. A diferena aplicada corresponde  durao exibida: se voc exibir 2 meses, os botes mudaro a agenda de 2 em 2 meses e assim por diante.

	<h3> Filtros </h3>

	Os diferentes filtros existentes permitem que voc personalize a exibio apenas das tarefas que lhe interessam.

	<br> Voc pode filtrar por <b> usurio </b>, <b> projeto </b>, <b> situao da tarefa </b>, <b> situao do projeto </b>, pelo <b> local </b> ou <b> recurso </b>.

	<br> Para cada um desses filtros, voc pode fazer diversas escolhas. Uma vez aplicado o filtro, ele muda para a cor vermelha para imdiatamente mostrar que o filtro est ativo. Somente as tarefas correspondentes a estas escolhas sero exibidas.

	<br> A qualquer momento, voc pode remover um filtro clicando novamente sobre ele e depois no boto <i> Desabilitar </i>.

	<br><br>

	<h3> Outras opes de exibio </h3>

	Voc pode <b> ordenar o planejamento </b> de acordo com a sua escolha: ordenar pelo nome ou identificador do usurio se a agenda estiver sendo exibida por usurio, ou ordenar pelo nome ou ID do projeto, se a agenda estiver sendo exibida por projeto.

	<br>

	Voc tambm pode exibir um nvel adicional pela seleo de <i> Equipe </i> para a visualizao por usurio, ou de <i> Grupo de Projetos </i> para a visualizao por projeto.

	<br><br>

	<b> Visualizao Detalhada / Compacta </b>: Por padro, o SOPlanning exibe uma visualizao compacta das tarefas, mostrando apenas o ID do usurio ou projeto. A viso detalhada amplia a clula de uma tarefa para exibir as informaes adicionais (todas as informaes so exibidas de qualquer forma na viso geral da tarefa): hora de incio da tarefa, durao da tarefa, perodo total do dia para o usurio atribudo a esta tarefa e o indicador de "progresso": ele indicar 100% se o total do usurio da tarefa no dia corresponde s horas mximas de trabalho disponveis. Exemplo: um usurio possui uma tarefa de 5h e uma outra de 3h, o indicador de progresso apresentar 100% se voc ativou 8 horas disponveis no SOPlanning.

	Voc pode personalizar a navegao no planejamento: pela ativao <b>  esquerda na parte superior do planejamento </b>, voc adiciona uma barra de rolagem acima da agenda que ser til se voc possuir uma longa lista de projetos / usurios.

	<br> A opo <b> Setas de Navegao </b> adiciona setas nos dois lados da agenda, permitindo que voc navegue para a direita ou para a esquerda da agenda com cliques sucessivos.

	<br> A opo <b> Cabealho Flutuante </b> permite que voc mantenha o cabealho da agenda (datas e dias) aparente mesmo quando voc rola a pgina para baixo. Isto  mais ou menos o mesmo princpio de trava das linhas no Excel.

	<br><br>

	<h3> A agenda e o formulrio de gerenciamento das tarefas </h3>

	A agenda  simples e intuitiva. Na visualizao de usurio, as clulas pequenas representando as tarefas mastram o indicador do projeto para a tarefa. No oposto, na visualizao de projeto,  mostrada a ID do usurio atribudo  tarefa.

	<br>

	Quando passando o cursor sobre a tarefa, voc pode ver todas as informaes na tarefa. Apenas clique sobre a clula de uma tarefa para modific-la.

	<br>

	A lista de tarefas, projetos e usurios exibida est diretamente relacionada s permisses do usurio conectado. Dependendo das permisses a ele atribudas no <a href="utilisateurs.php"> gerenciamento de usurios </a>, o usurio conectado ver mais ou menos informao.

	<br>

	Quando voc clica em um dia vazio, ou abaixo das tarefas existentes, voc ser direcionado para o formulrio de criao de tarefa, e o projeto ou usurio estar pr-selecionado, assim como a data. Voc tambm pode adicionar uma tarefa diretamente a partir do menu na parte superior da "Agenda >> Adicionar uma tarefa" ou do boto colrido "Adicionar uma tarefa".

	No <b> formulrio de tarefa somente uns poucos campos so exigidos </b>: o projeto, o usurio atribudo, a data de incio e a durao.

	<br>

	Todos os outros campos existem para voc v alm no gerenciamento dos seus projetos e lhe oferecer maiores possibilidades.

	<br>

	Com relao ao usurio designado, podem ser informados vrios quando da criao da tarefa. A tarefa inserida ser ento duplicada para cada usurio, cada uma delas sendo <b> independente </b>.

	<br><br>

	A <b> durao de uma tarefa </b> pode estar em um dos seguintes formatos: em uma data final (p.ex. diversos dias em uma linha), ou uma durao em horas / minutos, ou uma data e hora de trmino, ou de manh ou  tarde. Estas 4 possibilidades lhe do a flexibilidade para coordenar as tarefas e projetos de diferentes tamanhos pelo gerenciamento de uma forma micro ou macro. Voc pode facilmente misturar tarefas de diversos dias com tarefas de poucas horas, o SOPlanning exibir o melhor de acordo com seus dados.

	<br><br>

	A <b> recorrncia </b> permite que voc agende uma tarefa a intervalos regulares: cada dia / semana / ms, dependendo das suas necessidades. Voc pode usar as diferentes opes: repetir a cada X dias se voc quiser espaar as tarefas no tempo, defina uma data final da repetio e gerencie a situao dos dias no trabalhados (para passar para o dia seguinte, adicione ou no).

	As <b> situaes </b> permite a aplicao de filtro na agenda. Algumas situaes, tal como a "Concludo", exibem a tarefa com um tachado na agenda.

	<br><br>

	O conceito de <b> entregvel </b> est prximo de um grfico de Gantt:  uma tarefa que representa uma entrega em uma determinada data. A tarefa ento exibe um pictograma adequado, servindo como sugesto visual.

	Os <b> Locais e Recursos </b> so mdulos opcionais para atribuir itens que no sejam usurios e nem projetos. Isso permite que voc gerencie a reserva de locais / salas, equipamentos, veculos, etc.

	A <b> notificao por email </b> est habilitada por padro. Importante: o email s ser enviado se esta caixa estiver marcada, o usurio estiver atribudo a um endereo de email vlido no seu formulrio e ele tiver ativado a opo parareceber notificaes do SOPlanning.
